Hepato Cellular Carcinoma (HCC) Clinical Trial in India
ARE YOU SUFFERING FROM HCC? (We are recruiting subjects for a clinical trial in the use of GPC-3 based PET-CT scan in patients of Hepatocellular Carcinoma). Backgroung: Glypican-3 (GPC3) is an oncofetal glycoprotein attached to the cell membrane. The expression of GPC3 is seen in various tumors, most notably in hepatocellular carcinomas(HCCs). Since GPC3 is not expressed in normal adult human tissue. GPC3 is considered an attractive target for tumor-directed diagnostics and therapy. If you are more than 18 years of age and suffering from a suspected hepatocellular carcinoma you may be eligible for this trial.
